Return to Work Programme

Our Return to Work Programme is a pilot initiative that helps experienced film and TV crew who paused their careers for caring responsibilities to re-enter the screen industry, providing tailored training, paid placements, and flexible pathways back into below-the-line roles.

Raising Films Ireland is partnering with the National Talent Academies in a joint commitment to creating pathways for talented and experienced individuals to resume and sustain their careers, recognising the barriers facing carers and parents and working collaboratively with the industry to overcome these challenges, making the sector more sustainable, inclusive, healthier, and happier for all.
