Developed in partnership with the National Talent Academies, Screen Guilds of Ireland, Screen Producers Ireland, and TU Dublin the programme promotes greater life-work balance while supporting the retention and progression of skilled professionals across all departments and career stages.
Through a blend of online information sessions, in-person networking, targeted training, and facilitated partner matching, participants gain a clear understanding of how job sharing can be implemented effectively in any role. The programme provides structured guidance for both employees and employers, including the development of joint professional profiles, workshops on communication and leadership, and tailored support for production teams integrating job-share partnerships.
